DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! We used this company to deliver products to a job sites and unfortunately one of their drivers destroyed our clients driveway!!! We contacted the company. They said they would handle it. That was a month ago!!! I have called every day since….. left messages with their manager (Who said he was in discussions with the owner to get it handled), As I stated it, it’s been over a month. I cannot get anybody to help us or get this resolved!!! My last phone call was even asking to speak to the owner and they said they would give him the message still have not heard from anybody! It’s probably the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time!! If you care about your property and the items being delivered DONT use this company!!! If the owner doesn’t care, why would anybody that works with this company care!

Shipper beware! Thought they would be great to use around DFW, but we didn't get two deliveries under our belt before they damaged my customers driveway. It happens, but to ignore our 10 phone calls and emails to get help, was the final straw. Guess it's small claims court time.

They ain't PRONTO to respond...Poor delivery service, with horrible communication. They say driver will arrive at a specific time and then driver does not show up at the designated time. They always have an excuse as to why the driver will not show up and that's only if you are able to hear back via email from them. Even with multiple emails being sent out it seems that is very difficult for them to respond. Not to mention, that they are not good at answering emails. Unfortunately, if you are needing a fast service you will have to book a pick up a month earlier it seems. Sadly, I hate to say it, but they suck! 🙄 I can go on with a list but I want to keep it short and sweet. I hope you find this helpful! 🙂
