I recently applied / moved into a new space and this company was super helpful and transparent. Paolo (my point of contact) was very response and patient. They answered all my questions, kept me updated, was very detailed, and forwarded me any necessary documents in a timely manner. The application process was straight forward and they were transparent about the move-in costs. From submitting the renters application to signing the lease took two weeks. Paolo communicated well about next steps and logistics. The renters portal looks user-friendly and it is easy to submit maintenance requests as needed.

It has been a very smooth and quick experience thanks to Paolo and Renee! They have both been very responsive and easy to work with. Paolo has helped me get everything organized in a short amount of time which is very appreciated because moving and finding a new spot has been very stressful - thanks y’all!!

PMI was very good about helping us to get back our security deposit! The property I stayed at was beautiful, but definitely patch work repairs in the unit. It was listed as is when we rented so we were aware of that. While living there it did seem certain things weren’t of the highest priority for them but they never were a bother either. A very “chill” management company. Lester has been extremely helpful in getting all the final things squared away after move out and getting us back the deposit. This was my first Duplex. I would sign a lease with this company again, I would just know more of what to expect the next time around.
