I find that the Board of Directors of Cravenbrook in Clarkdale Meadows ( one in particular ) that I will not mention, has been extremely difficult to deal with. The condo board is here for US. To work with us not against us. I Ihave had numerous conversions through email with him. Most are dismissive or deflected. The main issue I have is allowing the residents to improve the exterior of their own home as long as it is tasteful. Mainly updating the colour of OUR front door( currently a distasteful brown ) This condominium is 21yaers old so you can imagine how out dated it really is. The condo board is responsible for the maintenance of the common area, which I happen to see every day at my front door. This is so overgrown and it lacks maintenance every summer. According to the condo board, they have a company that comes out and takes care of these issues in the fall and in the spring. During the summer, these areas are completely neglected, so you can imagine throughout the growing season what these shrubs and rose bushes, etc., look like. They are so overgrown and have lack of pruning and maintenance. For the last two years, I have taken it upon myself to maintain this area I have sent before and after pictures to the condo board with regards to this situation. I'm not looking for a thank you. I'm not looking for a well done however, thank you would be ready appreciated. Their response was we have a company for that. It's not your responsibility to take on that cleanup. I was out there with my cane several weeks ago cleaning up that area because it looked very unkept, I showed them pictures of the debris. It was never picked up my 78 year old mother cleaned it up because the condo board after showing them the debris that needs to be picked up and never was weeks past so then now all the bushes roses, etc. look amazing. However there's a pile of debris that the condo board has shown no interest in cleaning up. I had also addressed the situation of those that don't abide by the speed limit. There are many kids playing outside and I mentioned a solution. As you can see the Condo Board did address that concern. You can make your item assumption if this is ideal.

Chelsea Sarmiento from Pivotal Property Management has been really great to work with. Very cordial, professional, and responsive, even with inquiries that some management companies might ignore because they seem too trivial. I've recently had a question about the grass not being mowed in our condominium complex. She followed up with the contractor right away and gave me the exact dates when they actually did start mowing it. It was much appreciated. Fully deserves the five stars!

I have owned my condo for 10years and since this company took over a couple years ago , it has gone completely down hill. Looks like a complete garbage dump . Had a huge tree infront of my condo , they ripped the tree out and now have left this open area covered in dirt and weeds . Love looking out my kitchen window everyday and walking out my front door to look at this mud pit and a jungle of weeds ! The potholes in the parking lot are so deep and extremely large that my car has a hard time driving to my parking spot . Where there is grass , it’s never cut . I have sent pictures , left a few emails and still haven’t heard nothing back . I really wonder why we are paying so much for condo fee and where it’s going ???? cause I know it’s not going back to our Property maintenance or nothing.
