I am a condominium owner that is managed by MagnumYork. Horrible experience with our manager Dorrie Stender. I reported a "no lights in the hallway" issue 5 days ago and nothing has been done or fixed. When I asked for an update, I was pretty much told to mind my own business and that she is doing her job. What job? Oh... she called the electrician! What a joke

In July 2025 Tatiana arranged for me to inspect my 3 bedroom unit in Homestead House condominium in Edmonton. The tenants were travelling and had not been in the unit for the previous 4 weeks , and were still away. This required us to reschedule an appointment that was to be the previous week. Tatiana rescheduled and accompanied me to inspect the unit. It was my first in person meeting with her, and indeed my first visit to the unit since several years in which I was out of country. The unit was in good condition. Tatiana was pleasant to deal with , very courteous and professional. The power had been turned off by the vacationing tenants. With her cell phone flashlight she ventured into the very dark basement to turn on the circuit for the lights so we could inspect the property. She also turned the power back off as the tenants had left them to conserve power. In addition there was some mold in the empty freezer which would be normal since that door was closed. Tatiana cleaned the mold and left the fridge freezer open to reduce the chance of future mold. I was very pleased with the visit. Thank you Tatiana. Rick McElrea.
