We recently underwent a big refurbishment with PropertyPac and the results are outstanding. Amazing workmanship but also a stress free experience; something I didn’t think was possible. We knocked down a wall and replaced with a steel beam, they put in a new kitchen and bathroom, boiler, rewired and replumbed, painted and decorated - the works. Everything was expertly project managed by the team and work was carried out quickly but to a very high standard. Cannot thank the team at PropertyPac enough and highly recommend for any major projects you have.

Wow! What can I say, having been recommended by so many friends and work colleagues I decided to get my bathroom fully refurbished. I chose property pac and Fernando was so helpful from start to finish, helped design and choose fittings. It now looks like a show bathroom. I couldn’t be happier. His workers always turned up on time and left absolutely no mess behind. I was quoted a week however was finished in 5 days. I will be using property pac again as I look to do the rest of my apartment’s up! Thank you Fernando and team!

Great service from Fernando and the Property Pac team. We needed some remedial repair and decoration and contacted Property PAC by email. I got a phone call on the same day and was able to arrange an inspection within 48 hours. The work was assessed and we got a very competitive quote within two days and once we finalised what was going to be done the team worked over the Bank Holiday weekend to complete the job. Communication throughout was good and the finished work is brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Highly recommend this company … Fernando was very quick to respond to my emergency call … leak into kitchen outside pointing required & attention to downspout … work completed to a high standard . Have now booked painter for work in January. A big thank you to Kris who is in constant contact with dates etc & always replies promptly to e mails .
