Jim JohnstonWhile the sales person was helpful in picking out our tile our contractor calculated an excess amount of tile and supplies but stated it would not be a problem as we could return the excess. Upon completion Prosource would not accept the request to return tiles, grout and Schlueter edging. So stuck with over $500 of excess.
Tito Alvarez NAJTeamA few days ago, I bought some materials here. The salesperson practically kissed me, trying to make the sale. He repeatedly said that if I didn't use something, I could return it. After finishing the project, I went back to return the unused accessories. Then, the salesperson who was practically kissing me turned into a rabid dog and found every excuse to not accept the unused accessories. If you go to this place, be careful with the return policy. And don't trust the salesperson's fake smile. The salesperson who helped me is named Edgar, so be careful.
