I haven’t been to a dentist in nearly 7 years, and I came here recently for a cleaning and had an amazing experience. As a new patient, they have you put your information in directly into a computer instead of filling out paperwork- which is an incredibly welcome change from most medical facilities. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment, and I didn’t even sit down in the lobby before they were ready for me. I’ve been to a lot of doctors where I’ve had to wait 1 hour or more, so having a dentist office that prioritizes actually getting people in at the appointment time is shockingly outstanding. The assistant who cleaned my teeth was incredibly kind and gentle, and the dentist himself actually gave me the time of day and walked me through my X-rays. A lot of dentists won’t even talk to you, but he was kind and genuinely cared about any questions I had. This was a STELLAR first experience, and I’ll be very happy to return here for cleanings and any dental needs I have in the future.

He addresses my concerns quickly and always offers a reasonable and conservative plan with all of the options addressed. I have been to numerous dentists over the years, but Cove Dental with Dr. George Waites is without question the most exceptional. Dr. Waites takes the time to provide personal care when needed, but his staff is also superior. Molly in particular provided excellent dental care and is in my view the most skilled dental hygienist in the area. The facility itself is impressive, and their equipment is second to none. This is a business that provides top notch service and runs like a Swiss watch. I will be a lifelong patient moving forward, and I highly recommend Cove Dental and Dr. Waites in particular without reservation.
