Won't pick up the phone on the scheduling line... at 2:30 on a Friday. It's been half an hour now and they still have me on hold. You may as well be telling me grandma, who im scheduling for, to kick rocks. Because your service is a joke. We can't even expect basic things from you people.

I have been seeing doctors here for a number of years now. It is such a rare occasion that I encounter any kind of bad customer service. I have found a lack of doctors here, though. When I needed to find a new PCP a couple of years ago, I found that there were none available to take in new patients. I had the same issue when I needed to find a new gynecologist because the one I had for 37 years, finally retired. So far, I have not found one who is accepting new patients. But. I am still more than satisfied with the care I have received here and will continue to be a patient there for years to come, I hope.
