This hospital caused me to become disabled and almost die. In 2018 my face was paralyzed on the left side. I went I to this ER, they put me through a mri machine, and no other testing, said I had herpes. I did not have any kind of herpes sore. Fast forward, it turn's out ,that i actually have many strain's of lyme disease and about 5 strain's of each co infection's. These people put me in a mental ward, when I needed life saving iv antibiotic's. My life is destroyed, I am homeless, and I can not get any form of treatment, because this establishment is not allowed to recognize chronic lyme disease. There test are 76 percent accurate. They test for 1 strain when there are hundreds and co infection's like bartonella, babesia, mycoplasma, erichlia, rocky mountain spotted fever, tickborne encephalitis virus, tickborne relapsing fever, ect..there are many strain's of all of these co infection's They do not test for. I lost my ability to walk ,talk, function. I was given medication for a disorder that never had. I am sure i am not the first or last life they will destroy.

I had two admissions in September 2025. My team of doctors were great and answered my questions. Nurses were very knowledgeable and patient with me. Physical therapy was excellent and got me prepared to go home in three days!

I want to take a moment to share my heartfelt appreciation for two truly amazing people I’ve met recently — Nurse Leah and Dennis from the restaurant. Both of them showed a level of care and kindness that went far beyond what anyone could expect. When I was unwell, Nurse Leah was a constant source of comfort. I had to undergo many tests and was in a difficult situation, but she never lost her patience. Even when I rang the call bell 50 times in a single day, she came to me every time with the same calmness, compassion, and professionalism. She made me feel safe, respected, and cared for during one of my toughest moments. Leah is the definition of what a nurse should be, and she absolutely deserves recognition — in fact, she deserves a promotion. On a different note, Dennis at the restaurant also left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I walked in, he welcomed me like a member of his own family. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made my dining experience unforgettable. He didn’t just serve food; he created an atmosphere of belonging, something that is rare to find these days. Dennis is the kind of person who makes you want to come back again and again, because he treats every guest with such kindness and respect. Both Leah and Dennis reminded me that true service is not just about doing a job — it’s about treating people with humanity, dignity, and love. People like them make the world a better place, and I’m deeply grateful for their dedication and heart. If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars.
