As a long time customer and member of this community, I am very offended and disappointed by the service, or lack thereof, at this location. I was not able to purchase seafood until I physically went and got help. As I waited, along with another customer, several people walked back and forth never acknowledging us. Once I did get help, and did get the seafood, I was told I had to prepay. Why would I prepay when I have already waited for several minutes and had to practically beg for help? The manager, an older, black male proceeded to be very rude and disrespectful towards me. I don’t know if it was because I’m a young, black woman, but behavior like this should not be tolerated in 2025.

Toni and Dominique at customer service desk were great. They both took my rent payment even though it was like 5 minutes before the store closed. They went above and beyond to assist me and I greatly appreciate it. I do customer service and it's a hard field so appreciate them a bunch. Even Aaron the manager came and helped when the system had a issue and was not allowing me to pay my bill they figured it out as a team. Great store lovely ppl thanks a bunch.
