Publix Super Market at Ives Dairy Crossing

This place is a the people that price the items are always off! Always more than they should be! And then when you bring it to their attention, because the rule is if it rings up wrong you get it free, they have the audacity to pull an attitude and get angry with the customer or annoyed at the lease! They are rude and when I responded back the same way that they treated me they told me never come back to the store! Which is absurd because I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in there and I am a Christian woman who is respectful to everyone however they are not respectful to me! The management was actually not even apologetic and wound up taking the side of the assistant manager and her rudeness! Absurd! I have a Winn-Dixie right across the street from me and they're always nice! So I will continue to frequent that store as I have for over 30 years! Publix on Ives Dairy Road and 441 has lost me as a customer!

This location has the slowest deli staff I’ve ever seen every time I come in I’m waiting over 20 min to order a sub. It’s like they want u to stay the whole shift with them.

This Publix is nice clean and organized. The manager and cashiers are very professional. Just Wow!!! The only drawback was the older lady "Miss Green" in the bakery who was very rude and had me and 3 other shoppers waiting. The gentleman that was waiting before me "jokingly" said he was about to walk around the counter and do her job for her. She wasn't helpful or tried to be so I waited for the other lady who helped me. This is my first time visiting this location I can't wait to shop here again. So worth the drive❤️
