Stopped there on a late night to grab some Bakery items, was greeted by a dead fly on the apple pie! I did a U turn and left. No quality control or checks on the food?? Do Better.

Overall, I really like this Publix. The employees inside the store are always kind, helpful, and pleasant, and I generally enjoy shopping here. Unfortunately, I’ve had a repeated negative experience with store security that needs to be addressed. This is the second time I’ve been falsely accused of stealing, even though I had paid for all of my items. The door security guard knew I had paid, but someone from the back office/security monitoring still insisted on stopping me. I was asked to show my receipt all the way at my car, which was embarrassing and overwhelming. Thankfully, I had my receipt, especially since this has happened before and I now feel the need to keep proof on me. The apology I received was minimal, similar to the first incident, and then I was sent on my way. I can’t help but feel concerned about how these situations are being handled and whether profiling is involved. My issue is not with the door guard, but with whoever is overseeing security from the back office. I hope management takes a closer look at this so customers aren’t falsely accused and put in uncomfortable situations. I truly enjoy the store otherwise, but this experience has been disappointing

I cried Not only was the lime 🍋‍🟩 so well priced, but the fact I didn’t have to wait to check out touched my heart Thank you Publix for making my night

Terrible. No management to speak of. Don’t be fooled by the nice exterior. Inside it’s like a home-less encampment. Why do they have security? The tables for the deli are all taken over by people camped out sleeping, or Publix employees “hanging out.” Just a terrible store.
