Five-Star Review: Publix on Lakeshore Publix on Lakeshore is one of my favorite grocery stores—always clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. Manager Kirby truly made my day! He went out of his way to help and made sure that “shopping is a pleasure” wasn’t just a slogan but a reality. Exceptional service! Thank you, Kirby, and thank you, Lakeshore Publix, for making my day brighter and my shopping trip smoother.

Today was my first time ever visiting you this location and let me tell you I had a wonderful experience from talking to the produce associate Chris, to speaking to Cody about some produce that wasn't so favorable to the eye but none-the-less everything was handily in a timely and professional manner to even checking out with Michael he made sure that everything was scanned and correctly price I definitely appreciate him go above and beyond to make sure that our final transaction with the store was wonderful. But the downfall that I had was from leadership Kevin, Kevin Kane and approach the situation not so professionally at a customer standpoint Michael apparently scan the deli chicken twice and he wanted to make sure that the customer was not charged twice and like I said greatly appreciated. Kevin took it as if we didn't even want it at all and that was not the case I felt as if he was rushing through the process and and did not take empathy very well for new sales associate but nevertheless will return thank you all for a great visit

Andrea lilly Deserve a raise!!! She’s was super helpful.. i went to bakery to get a cake and she’s was busy behind. I got the cake and i asked her do u knoe what bone marrow is? She said yes and i proceeded can u pls help me find and she stopped all her work and came with me to the meat aile she looked and couldn’t find and said give us call tomorrow and ask for the meat manager they can help you. And i said thank tou and proceed to cashout .. without 1 min she came back running to me and said i found it in the frozen section and i followed and her got the bone marrow… she was super super helpful.. i love her. I will always visit this publix and recommend others too. Thank you andrea for helping me .
