My family and I recently booked our Umrah visa and package through **Qadri Tours**, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. They **misled us about the hotel distances**. We were told that our hotel in **Medina was only 800 meters from Masjid-e-Nabawi**, but in reality, it was much farther. Similarly, in **Makkah**, the hotel was **nowhere near the Haram** as they had claimed. We were promised shuttle service, but the shuttle picked up passengers from **multiple hotels**, and we often had to **wait 1 to 2 hours** just to get to our destination. When we raised our concerns, their **behavior was rude and dismissive**. They told us that the poor arrangements were all we could expect for the price we paid — even though they had given us very different promises earlier. Once the payment was done, their **attitude completely changed**. There was **zero cooperation**, and we felt **cheated and disrespected**. The people running this agency do not stand by their word. **They lied, misbehaved, and showed no concern for our comfort or experience** during this sacred journey. **Please, for your own peace of mind, do not book your Umrah through Qadri Travelers.** Our experience with them was extremely painful and full of regret. May Allah hold them accountable for their dishonesty, especially during such a spiritual journey.
