The driver Mr. Imran was professional and courteous. We had a wonderful experience with M/s. Shahzad Travel Tours, the coaster of the new model, was clean and comfortable, and the driver was punctual. No doubt their service was reliable, and the behavior of the driver was excellent. The driver Mr. Imran's attention to detail and care for our safety was impressive. It will not be out of place to mention here that vehicle was well-maintained, and the amenities were great for our long trip, whereas the company's communication and organization were top-notch." We highly recommend the Shahzad Travel & Tours for family trips as their service is trustworthy and efficient. We hired a driver from Shahzad Travel and Tours for a 5-day private Swat-Kalam tour. Mr. Qamar was our driver — a truly nice person with excellent driving skills, especially in the mountains. He drove carefully and confidently, making the trip smooth and safe. The vehicle was clean, and the service was professional throughout. Highly satisfied with the experience and would recommend them!

I recently travelled with this company. It was my first time. The rates were great compared to the other company. Buses were good. But we had issue with the driver. He was extremely rude. He was not listening to us. He would take his own route and when we asked him he said that he will sleep for 3 hours there. And he speaks rudely in front of family. Overall family experience was ruined. We were scared to ask him to any stop because of his reaction. He would turn the bus off in hot sun to drink cigarette. He kept arguing rudely and never listened to us. I would not recommend this service if you are traveling with family. It's better to pay more than go with this company.
