He dealt with adjusters, underwriters, and the overall insurance claim. Prusak roofing came in with a large crew and was able to complete my new roof in 2 days! Deciding to go with Prusak roofing company was the best decision my husband and I could of made. I called many roofing companies and none of them were as detailed and as informative as they were. Mike was amazing at explaining the whole process to us. He went out of his way to make sure we were informed of how the insurance claim process worked. He arranged for someone to meet with our insurance adjuster on the actual roof in order to explain the damage and get us approved. Everything that they do is written out completely in a contract so that there are no surprises on expenses. They are insured and bonded and they provide proof of it as soon as you schedule an appointment to receive and estimate. The crew was absolutely amazing! They worked diligently and fast!! They cleaned up all of the debris and made sure to leave everything as it was when they got there. We are so pleased with their work and we will be referring them to anyone that we know who needs a roof! Our roof looks beautiful!
