I called for a basic condensate drain clog. They wouldn’t give even a ballpark quote over the phone, but once onsite they presented a standardized price — so clearly a quote was possible. The fix was straightforward, but the price was high: $473 plus a $120 dispatch fee. They then offered to waive the dispatch and discount the job if I signed up for a $240 annual plan, but I don’t want to be involved with this company anymore. The technician was professional, but I’d prefer more transparent pricing and less sales pressure. Just be aware of the pricing structure before booking.

Earlier this month, Bobby conducted an annual plumbing inspection at our home. Throughout the process, he was polite, courteous, and patient with my questions. He explained what he was doing, what he was looking for, and why. I learned a lot from him and appreciated him taking the time to educate me on some plumbing basics. He recommended a couple of priority repair and replacement items, but was not at all pushy about getting them done with Vito. After taking some time to think through his recommendations and consulting with others, I decided to move forward with Vito to perform the repair and replacement work. Vito is my plumber of choice now!
