Through garage door opener Marantec website I was directed to Quality Door & More as a distributor. I was not aware they were a warehouse distributor, not a retail supplier. However, Ryan was so helpful. He first answered questions over the phone and then invited me to visit their facility and he would further explain and provide me with parts / instructions on how to solve my issue. Came home and problem was solved. I tried to pay Ryan but he would not accept anything as it is a product that they sell and represent and his business model is to provide after sales support to keep the end customer happy. If any contractor / builder is looking for a quality garage door supplier I highly recommend Ryan and his crew at Quality Door & more.
