This was a trip for mom and 2 adult daughters, and this hotel was great. The corner room with a balcony overlooking the boardwalk and ocean was exactly what we wanted. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. We had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, and all were comfortable. The room also has a dining table and chairs for 4. My only suggestion would be to either have a full (12 cup) coffee maker or a Keurig available in the room for use. The room sleeps 6, and the small one cup coffee maker was slow and only used their supplied coffee. There was coffee in the lobby, but it would just be more convenient to have the larger coffee maker or Keurig in the room. Otherwise, we liked this hotel and would be very happy to stay there again if we visit Ocean City in the future.

We stayed here during the Ocean’s Calling Festival and couldn’t have picked a better location. The hotel is right on the boardwalk at 14th Street, which made it super convenient for everything we needed. We were walking distance from some of our favorite spots like Brass Balls, Shenanigans, and more.||||We brought bikes to get to and from the concert, and the setup couldn’t have been easier—getting our bikes from the car to the boardwalk and back was quick and hassle-free.||||The room itself was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that check-in took a bit longer than expected, and for the price, the room felt a bit small and basic. That said, we understand prices were higher due to the festival weekend.||||Overall, it was a solid stay in a prime location. We'd definitely consider coming back for another event weekend.

The room was very dirty. Had what appeared to be blood on the comfortable and the couch had a lot of stains. We requested an extra comforter to cover the couch with and for the bed to be changed. The bathroom door was broke and the walls were dirty. Toilet seat had black marks on it. We were not sure if just old and worn or dirt. I couldn't get it to wipe off. The location was just what we needed. We were on the boardwalk, and it is an enjoyable walk to the inlet past lots of activities, restaurants, and shops. The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room and bathroom were spacious. We had a small kitchenette which allowed us to reheat leftovers for some of our meals. We saw staff cleaning on a regular basis, and on the whole, this was a clean hotel. The only drawback was a very loud fan on the outside of the main building that detracted from time on the balcony. While it would have been nice to use the balcony, it didn't spoil our time at the property.
