If you’re just looking for a safe budget friendly place to sleep this is it. The ladies at the front desk have been nice the 2 times I’ve been there. Now here’s what did happen; Visit 1. The entire inner part of my shower curtain was covered in mold. I have asthma so I couldn’t use my bathroom during that visit. I notified the front desk and was told a mgr would give me a call but a couple weeks passed and nothing. Visit 2. I decided to give them another try, I notified the woman at the desk of my last experience and she said “oh nooo” then nothing. I seen 2 baby roaches and I asked the woman at the front desk if I could just have an extra 10-15 so I could get my daughter up and feed her (she has sleep apnea and it takes a long time to I wake her up. The woman told me no! The housekeeper was already up there and ready to go. No housekeeper was in sight on our floor at all. Idk who cleans because our fridge had hair strands all inside of it

This place is horrible I don't recommend it at all .I wouldn't let my dog stay here. Got here 8'oclock. Room was filthy smelled like cigarettes and funk. Blanket was dirty, sheets were stained and bathroom was dirty. Again I wouldn't let my dog stay here I demand a damn refund. Un satisfied customer. RR was here but won't be back. -10 stars.were

I was about to book a room here but read the reviews and saw how the owner sided with his employee citing a “zero percent disrespect policy.” As a former police officer I know that disrespect isn’t always interpreted the same so removing a customer based off an employee’s word with no evidence is unprofessional. As opposed to saying you have a zero percent tolerance policy towards disrespectful guest try training your employees to use more diplomacy &/or understanding that sometimes even customers have bad days.

Would give 0 stars if able too, room pictures are deceiving, nothing but dirt and unclean conditions through out the room, on entering the facility it smells of musk and mildew. Do not recommend to my worst enemy
