I had a new kitchen counter top and back splash installed. In addition, two bathrooms were remodeled. I am beyond happy with the quality of the work! They arrived on time and finished on schedule. The house was broom swept every day before they left. The finished work is AMAZING.

Nathan, Roger, and his team did an amazing job transforming our bathroom in just under two weeks. The bathroom was original to 1983 and the steel tub had rusted through, so it was time for an upgrade. Being my first major renovation, I did some research and between the three companies that came out, Nathan was able to win our trust (and the rates were competitive and massively beat one other bid). Between the closer rates, I trusted my gut that EP Remodeling would deliver. When Nathan came to provide a quote , he came prepared, took measurements, advised about how much we would need of each material, and offered ideas like matching the quartz vanity top to the threshold and also using it to trim the niche. This demonstrated his experience and that he shares best practices with his customers - I appreciated his insights here and throughout the job. After we booked him to move forward, Nathan provided guidance on what materials were needed. I sent him screenshots of my shopping cart, and he provided feedback (i.e., which X was best, things I missed, things I didn't need, etc). While some contractors provide a selection of X number of tiles, I liked that I was able to customize everything to our home and tastes. I also asked Nathan if we could paint ourselves to save a bit and he agreed and removed that cost from our quote. Nathan and team worked quickly. The high level process was: - 1. Demo and replacing the plumbing / valves - 2. Durock up - 3. Tub installed - 4. Waterproofing - 5. Tile Install - 6. Flooring install - 7. Vanity install - 8. Vanity top, toilet, caulking, finishing, etc. They were careful to clean up the work area as well as where we were keeping materials. Every night they vacuumed and also swept by the front door to ensure nothing was missed. I had also received a faulty tub spout and Nathan suggested calling the manufacturer (instead of the store) to have them send a new one for free (so I didn't need to be buying and returning from the store). They did this AND Nathan returned to install and caulk the new spout in - I appreciated his follow up and flexibility to come back out even though this was not his issue and the rest of the work was done/paid for. EP Remodeling is truly customer focused, they do a great job, I highly recommend them for bath renovations and look forward to their next project in my home!

Nathan and his team were great. He promptly showed up for our estimate for new granite counters in 3 bathrooms (4 counters). He sent the estimate within 24 hours. We had a couple more estimate; Nathan's pricing was fair. We placed our order and one week later they were installed. Next we will paint walls, paint vanity cabinets, change hardware (oil rubbed bronze), and new lightin; my 20 year old bathrooms will be brand new. I highly recommend this local, professional, efficient, and friendly business. A job well done, and a happy client.
