The staff are so friendly, nice, and understanding! I’ve been coming here for a few years and until my apt yesterday I didn’t feel the need to make a review. The new doctor is so great. He’s the best doctor I’ve had since I was a kid. I’ve gone through many in my life time from moving and he was by far the best I’ve had. He has practiced at Baylor for 15 years before coming here. He is thoughtful, understanding, and listens and doesn’t rush. That was my favorite part about it. If you’re looking for the best care from a doctor who is knowledgeable, def make an appointment.

Pros: Dr Berry is component, caring, with good bedside manner. Generally easy to make an appointment quickly. Cons: they are incredibly slow to send prescriptions and often send them with mistakes or to the wrong pharmacy, causing delays. You have to follow up with the nurse yourself multiple times and handhold through the process to ensure you get you medicine. Not okay and something that shouldn’t be necessary with a good support staff..

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Eichenwald. She iss amazing! I love how she really tries to get to the root of a problem instead of just treating the symptoms like most doctors I have seen in the past. She truly cared about all aspects of my health and really showed compassion. I felt like she really understood my concerns and man, she knows her stuff! I finally found my doctor!
