Quick Cab Lexington ky

Sounds like this cab company is having a feud with another cab company. The problem with that is that customers are paying dearly for it. Aside from that..this company is MORE expensive than LYFT or Uber. Wouldn't recommend just on that fact alone. Apparently too many ppl have had to wait ridiculously long even after calling a day ahead. Rude staff. Rude owner. Unprofessional. And don't leave an honest, negative review or the owner will tell you to take it down or else you can't use their service anymore. I'm currently looking for a cab for an appointment...won't be using Quick Cab for sure..or their rivals which sound even worse btw..I believe their name is Taxi One or something like that.. BEWARE!

Drop me off not not at the location they were supposed to drop me off at left me stranded. I’m trying to get the owners email going to try to contact him on Monday. I try to get the owners number from the driver. They left me stranded wanted more money When they pick me up. They knew their location they gave me a price did the price over doubled and it didn’t have the money they left me stranded in the middle of the night. I’m going to be contacting a lawyer. I’m trying to contact the owner at this taxi company- They will not give me their email addresses. So I’m trying to get in touch with the owner. So I can get this information. I’m going to sue your company for how they treated me- This is attempt to get your email and if you want to talk to me, please give me a time where I can talk to you. I’m going to document this so if you were replying to this, I would appreciate it because you do not reply to my text messages. .

They were my last opinion to get home. My driver was very helpful. I'm disabled so he helped me load and unloaded everything at my house. He even brought everything up my apartment stairs and was nice enough to bring them in. I highly recommend them.
