I called him up early on a Monday morning terrified as I'd seen either a mouse or rat downstairs in my house the night before and had not slept all night. He came the same day, checked everywhere for droppings and left mouse poison. He was clear and helpful about next steps and answered all my questions. Two weeks later, we also paid him to close all holes in the walls/floorboards to stop them getting in. We've not seen any droppings since. We would highly recommend his services to anyone in need.
