Avoid the positive reviews! This company is terrible! Getting in touch with management or an owner is quite impossible. This week alone I have tried to get in touch with an employee named Marlene to clear up my account. I was told she’s not in today, she just left, she’s in a meeting, she’s on the other line or she’s busy. I asked multiple times over the last month for an owner to call me. I was told, owners don’t call people. As a real estate investor I am in touch with many management companies. J Butler in my opinion and experiences is the worst.

James Butler has been our Property Manager at our Condo complex the last 5 years or so. I am an Owner there and James is always responsive, even if he is busy he will always will acknowledge you and the issue at the complex. He is very thorough at our annual meetings. He listens and understands us as people. You need to have those qualities as a Property Manager because Owners rely on a good Property Manager to help us. That is the point as to why Property Managers are so crucial. Things need to get done weekly and the Owners rely on him to get it done. He has done a lot of work with our building with projects and upcoming renovations. He is the best Property Manager we ever had here, and I have owned for 17 years. Keep up the great work and thank you.

I can never reach anyone and they take weeks to deposit my rent CHECK! only place i know that you still have to write a check get with the times!!
