R S Gill Express

I watched one of their drivers tear the back half of a ford ranger apart in cloverdale. He was watching in his side mirror and clearly saw the damage but carried on and didn’t stop. He drove right past me while I was in the intersection and I know he saw the damage as he was looking in his side mirror. Incident took place at the intersection of 176A st and no 10 hwy at around 3:35 PM Sept 10th 2024. Good Job on accountability RS Gill Express, glad to see that your company policy is to run and not accept accountability.

I'm a driver from another Canadian company that got stuck doing a reset in BC so I could return to the US. My experience with R.S. Gill Express is the reason I'm writing this review. One of there drivers parked beside me and engage me in conversation and then asked if I knew about where to get food and washroom within walking distance, which I did. The next day he came back to check on his rig and we talked again and this time he gave me some food which turned out to be fantastic. This experience has reminded me of what trucking used to be like when I started almost 40 years ago. God Bless you Unit 010 for you kindness and generosity and renewing my Outlook on the future of trucking. It reminded me of something I needed to be reminded of, If you want a friend, you have to be a friend.

I'd like to make a complaint about one of your drivers that almost just killed my husband baby and I on hwy 2 in Alberta. While driving north on hwy 2 around 315pm one of your drivers (I have pictures which I was unable to send to the email under the contact us tab on your website) was cutting everyone off passing everyone and weaving in and out of traffic going very fast. As we approached him to pass him, as I didn't want to be anywhere near him he cut me off causing me to break so hard it made my baby cry it scarred him. I was already beside his tire when he began to change lanes which he started to do before signaling. He was attempting to pass yet another transport. Blind spots were not in play in this scenario (my husband is a truck driver and I'm well aware of the vlind spots). He knew I was there and he was as I mentioned cutting everyone off switching lanes on and off going way faster than he should of...with a load. I hope this does not represent the "express" service your company advertises. This driver should have his license taken away he is going to kill an innocent family or person.
