I would like to share what a positive experience I have had with the service provided by FJ Estate's. The team have been amazing, having managed a full refurbishment of my property and secured a reliable and trustworthy long term tenant. Communication has been excellent, keeping me updated at every stage, and the team have been responsive to any queries. They have recently managed the sale of my property, sourcing a suitable purchaser, and being proactive and reliable as my agent. They worked closely with me and their recommended and again highly reliable and efficient solicitor (Smith Roddam Solicitors, Shildon) ensuring smooth and swift completion of my sale. Having had a very negative experience with my previous agent, my faith has been restored. I can't thank all the team enough, and highly recommend their services.

They think it is ok to provide potential tenants details to the police without even viewing the property. This is apparently meant to be a part of their tenant checks. What a joke! Provide my details? why would i do that before even seeing the property, you clown.

I really don’t think they deserve this star to be honest My house in Thomas street had it roof caving in and they left me like that for about two to three weeks with two kids under five and water coming there the roof the last house they are claiming my deposit back with an extortionate amount of cleaning bills this is the first time I have disputed any deposit scheme they have claimed my deposit twice now and also taken £50 for a house I did not even get. I was meant to have but took too long, so I had to go for another house with horrid neighbours my house got broken into twice on both properties and there was no evidence to prove who the perpetrator easily
