Radiant Life Yoga

Tonight’s class with Matt was awesome! It was challenging and fun and he provided a lot of really good information about yoga. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Radiant Life Yoga!

Best Yoga studio in the country hands down. All of the teachers here make sure that they teach the breathing/spiritual aspect of yoga like the ancient yogis meant for it to be taught. The majority of the teachers here play gorgeous music during Savāsana that takes it to the next level. If you get an opportunity to sit with Matt jump on it ASAP.

I was guided to Radiant Life Yoga by a dear friend years ago, since, my life has transformed and I am forever grateful. Matt (owner) has curated a space for all walks of life to feel comfortable exploring, not only the practice of yoga, but the practice of living, in community. I had been practicing Yoga for 10 + years all around the twin cities and upon my first encounter in the Radiant Life space, I knew I was home. The teacher training program was so much more than learning about yoga. In addition to transmitting deeply profound teachings of traditional Yoga, Matt transmits his knowledge of herbalism, music/sound, astrology, spirituality and health in a, ‘down to earth,’ real life way. There were times where I was wondering, “is this a yoga studio or a ceremonial past life revival sanctuary”. He had a diverse group of teachers/leaders from the local community - and internationally- come in and speak and share, world-renown musicians, Native American elders, Social Activists, Botanists”. In this space I learned - and continue to learn - more about myself that I could have ever imagined, discovering a deeper understanding of what it means to truly be in community. This space, this program, is really what Yoga is all about. Couldn't recommend it more.
