Radical Garden Market

What a gem! I'm not exaggerating when I say that Radical Gardens is in my top 10 restaurants ever across the cities/towns I've visited. We were lucky enough to catch the chef special of the week, their pulled pork bao buns (and my partner got their classic burger), and everything was packed full of flavour. Not only are the main dishes delicious, their desserts are to die for with some unique flavour combos and generous portions (we got the pistachio espresso pictured here)! You can really taste the quality of their locally sourced ingredients, and they have a clearly marked menu of GF and vegetarian/vegan items. The staff are always so kind! Unfortunately they no longer have indoor seating, but their patio is truly beautiful in the summer!

PHENOMENAL! I have had so many burgers in my life, so many fast food ones, so many on the grill, and so many "gourmet" ones, and I promise you...this place has the ABSOLUTE BEST burger I have ever had in my entire life. Whatever special sauce they added was phenomenal, the beef is so fresh, it's grilled perfectly...I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone that loves a good burger, because it was divine. I have also ordered a cake from them in the past and it was such a beautiful cake. They did a wonderful job, and I meant to review it back then, but I completely forgot to...either way, whether it's for a quick bite to eat, or a beautiful elaborate cake, this place is an all-around gem, and truthfully WAY too good to only be experienced in this tiny town. If you haven't already, give them a try!

Radical Gardens has been such a foodie gem in Timmins. They use ingredients from local farmers and put on great events. I appreciate the way they work with other small businesses to bring cool things to our city. Their food is always vibrant, fun and creative. I love seeing what they come up with next. I love the way that they've added to our food scene in Timmins. From the farming/CSA program, to the earliest days of the restaurant, to now, Radical Gardens has been a breath of fresh air for the past 10-ish (?) years, bringing us ideas and tastes that we used to have to travel to find.
