Great atmosphere! Awesome staff! The Surge is flexible venue that can do it all! From a chill space to watch the game, all the way to a full blown concert venue, this place has it all! When it’s a regular night, the place is perfect for a sit down conversation, mingling, etc. Does it get loud when a band plays, of course it can. That’s the concert atmosphere. What makes this place truly special is the people. Kim and her crew (you know who you are) do an excellent job! Hosting events at The Surge is a joy, and attending them is even more fun! They really go above and beyond! Thank you! Oh, and let not forget the rooftop! Wow!

Megan is a nice and really hard working lady. My only issue is the place is like some others when drinking draft beer.....they say it's a 20 oz glass, and they won't fill the glass with beer! They say they have too give two fingers of foam! This is ridiculous! So instead of 20 oz of beer, you get 16-17 oz. I'm tired of places ripping us off!!! If you aren't going to satisfy the customer with what you are claiming you are selling .... I will go elsewhere.

We’ve hosted multiple events and popped in for drinks and a game of pool so many times! The staff are amazing, the owner is an angel, the atmosphere is clean and a great vibe… the rod top patio is a gem in Timmins!!!

It is surely a great place to hangout but the bartender sucks donno if she's high or anything she can't even pour a beer properly.
