From the day I met Dan back last October, I was very impressed by his forthcoming demeanour, his vast knowledge on homes and his kindred spirit toward my boys and I. I was referred to him through a beautiful trusted friend, names Melanie that I've known since I was a kid and both reassured me that he wouldn't steer me wrong buying a home. Well, the day came nervously when I decided to put an offer on a cute little three bedroom bungalow on a quiet street in lovely London, Ontario on the 11th hour! I made the offer (thinking there's no way I would get this little house, with the prices these days)!!! There I was an hour later with 10 offers on the table! Like what?!? Dan, being the cool collective guy he is, he says, "You really want this house?!?" " If you do, you gotta go higher to beat them out." He's friggin amazing! Coaching me every step of the way. So, I put in a much better offer to potentially get this lovely little Bungalow for my two young boys and I. At 9:45 PM that evening, He called and I said, "I guess we didn't get it." He shouts back, "You got it! You got the house! You did it!!!" It was meant to be! Dan was the guy who helped me push through this journey with grace, again even in the 11th hour of signing everything I tried to pull out thinking I wouldn't be able to handle this as a single mom, telling me that it's gonna be ok and everything's gonna work out. And that his daughter felt the same when she bought her house and that once your settled in, you'll be thanking your lucky stars ⭐️ that you did! and I am! I so am today! Dan gives thorough down to earth advice, concise expertise in all facets of the process and most of all with his daughter Kennedy as his partner.
