Rainforest Massage And Day Spa

We had a couples massage and it was great! Worked out every knot and released my wife's tight hip flexors (she says thanks again, Jenny!). We will definitely be returning when we are in Indy again!

I've been in here many times and it's been wonderful, every time. Let's get the usual questions out of the way. It's a clean place with soft music, clean blankets and doors that close for privacy. I've probably been here fifteen times and I usually get one of three masseuses. All three are polite and professional, they greet with a smile every single time. Most restaurants don't even do that anymore. They're not on their phones, they're not yelling at each other through the walls. I get a 90 minute massage every time and most times, I fall asleep. There's no pain, no elbows in the shoulder blades. The massages are fairly consistent so there's a methodology to it. They seem to focus on areas with tension, and on decompressing. I tip well because I walk out of there feeling so relaxed, so much better than when I walked in...and I'll pay for that. These ladies are professional, they don't touch where they shouldn't; they focus on a pleasant experience and every time I've been there, they've delivered.

I asked for a soft Swedish massage. At the start, the pressure used around my shoulder blades was harder than I would have liked. As soon as I asked Lisa to go softer, however, she changed up her whole technique into a gentle, feathery approach which got me into the deepest relaxation I think I've ever reached during a massage. The heated table was a great bonus too. Usually I feel like massage therapists focus a bit too much on the back, but this wasn't the case here - I felt like my whole body was given enough attention throughout the massage. Definitely highly recommend!
