one star rating from us the stayed in room 212 mold in the bathroom! roaches! the floors were gross and our feet were black! it was disgusting! couldn't find my camera card reader when we got home so i called to see if it had been found. who ever I talked to (male) told me that they do not have a lost and found. and that the room hasn't been cleaned (we checked out yesterday. so if that's true no wonder they have roaches)

The location is great if you want somewhere to stay near the malls and plazas. That's about it. I stayed here a few times last year and the last time I stayed I lost my charger, and I am still on the lookout for my laptop computer charger. I left 1 hour from this hotel and turned back around just for them to tell me they could not find my charger. Although while I was leaving I saw them cleaning out my room. Like I drove by and they were already in there. So they told me they didnt have it although I definitely left it there so my fault for trusting this place.

The room had a smell like a dead body was living in there. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and small, and the microwave door was broken. I have stayed in many hotels that charge the same amount or less and have lots of upgrades and are way better stay than this hotel. the money was way too much for the condition of this hotel

There is no basic Breakfast, as promised in the description while booking. Not even milk, bread is provided. They have put just some sugar syrup dipped breads!!! Who the hell eat sugar syrup at 7 AM. Worst thing is that, they are promoting it as “continental breakfast is included”…lol Do not come here expecting a breakfast..
