I cannot speak highly enough of Zac Melamed from Ray White. From the very first interaction, Zac has been an absolute standout—professional, proactive, and refreshingly easy to deal with. He’s one of those rare agents who actually follows through on everything, and usually before you’ve even had to chase it up. Zac’s communication is clear, prompt, respectful and competent. He has an accommodating, can-do attitude that makes working with him an absolute pleasure. He listens, he delivers, and he doesn’t make excuses—he just gets it done. It’s rare to find someone in real estate who not only knows their stuff but genuinely cares about doing right by their clients. Zac manages to do 90% of things right—and the other 10% he’ll probably have fixed before you even notice. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a sharp, reliable, and genuinely good human to manage their property or sale.

I would like to thank Kristian Morris for all his professional and extremely hard work shown towards us during this Sale/Lease campaign of our property. We have occupied this property for 28 years. This campaign was executed during Covid extremities and Kristian was able to see this through . A deal of Sale / Lease was set that was non negotiable. He found the appropriate buyer, Owner Occupier, who realised a potential future at this location. Kristian is a capable and extremely clever negotiator. I was fully informed in all negotiations and felt very comfortable during our campaign. I wish him future success.

Extremely disappointing experience dealing directly with the director of the company. I was provided with misleading information from the outset, which led to a complete waste of my time. What’s worse is the lack of accountability — not even a simple apology for the inconvenience. Instead, I was met with arrogance and dismissiveness. If this is the standard set at the top, it speaks volumes about how the business is run. Would not recommend.
