It was an absolute pleasure to work with Osman in buying my first home on my own. Focusing on my likes, dislikes, and must haves, this allowed us to narrow down the search to focus on my target dream home, which I eventually obtained. Even when my taste kept changing, it was always about me and never about him. In addition to this, Osman’s in-dept inspection of each property we visited, pointing out defects I may want to avoid and those that I can live with, only exemplified his extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. This made me comfortable knowing that he will ensure I make the best possible purchase. Osman also has an entire roster of complimenting professional at his fingertips for whatever additional service you may need during/after the purchase [roofers, painters, plumbers, carpenters, you name it… he knows everyone]. With Osman, it’s never about making the next sale or the highest commission, it’s always about ensuring you (his customers) are happy and that you make the best choice for YOU!!! I give Osman 5 out of 5 stars: he comes highly recommended by me and countless others... You won’t be sorry.
