Excellent dentist. Staff are great. I have been going there for over 15 yrs. If you want a place that makes you feel welcome and comfortable this is the place to go. For seniors they have cdcp coverage.
Dr Racicot is always very professional and provides great advice. The staff at reception as well as the dental hygienes are always very friendly. They are great with kids. They make dentist visits seamless and enjoyable. would highly recommend this dentist office for all your dental needs. They take pride in their work and the building. They have completed many renovations over the last few years.
I recently brought my family to Rayside Dental after moving to Chelmsford from Sudbury. Despite Sunlife covering a large portion, we still had to pay significant amounts for multiple checkups, including an initial exam before any actual treatment. My son required surgery in Toronto, and I was clearly informed I’d be charged for any missed appointment—which I respected. However, when I called today to pay and rebook, I was told our file had been closed. This feels deeply unfair and discriminatory. As a canadian citizen, this experience has been extremely disheartening.
