Customer experiences

My experience was better than anticipated. Went in on a Monday to see if they could replace my broken side view mirror on my 2024 MB C300. Service advisor was helpful, provided a cost estimate, and ordered what was needed. I was notified as soon as the replacement arrived and they were able to get my car in the next day. I appreciate that I knew the cost and how long it would take to complete the service. Each individual I encountered was very friendly and courteous. The pricing was fair and, when all was said and done, I paid just a little bit less than originally estimated. They were also spot on with their estimate of how long the service would take to complete. I highly recommend them!

Courteous, kind, efficient, explained everything. They were amazing throughout. From the initial phone call to get scheduled to the actual service. They made sure I was taken care of and that my car was good. Very helpful. Highly recommend.

I had an outstanding experience with Eurosports here in Norman, Ok. The service was top-notch from start to finish. The Service advisor was incredibly helpful and took the time to mention the recommended service needed for my 2020 GLE, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Eurosports service and I will be a returning customer.

I wish I could leave negative stars for this business. My sister took my kids car in to perform a simple service. Not only did they not complete the service. They lied about completing the service and charged her for it. And they call this good business practices? And when asked for management the GM doubles down that he didn’t lie even with solid proof? From a certified auto body shop? If my husband was home and had simply taken the car in, I wonder if he would have gotten the same customer service? DO NOT trust this business and their business ethics/practices.
