Mr. Jermaine Williams replaced my roof and did an amazing job!!!!! He helped make the entire experience painless. He was attentive and answered all of my questions and concerns. He worked with my insurance and made the claims process a seamless one. His crew showed up on the day and at the agreed upon time. They did the necessary prep work to protect my yard and landscaping. The men on his crew were very friendly, hard-working, and respectful. They even helped my 84 year old mother and me negotiate the piles of equipment and supplies in the yard while they were working. She, my groceries, and I all made it into the house safely. I had some interior damage from roof leaks that needed repair. The workers performed the repairs, protected my furniture and floors, and cleaned up. The only sign of them being there was the new paint on the ceiling and walls. The entire job was completed in a day and then a few of the crew returned a some days later to pick up all the loose nails that had fallen from the roof in the meantime. In addition, I had a fence replaced by RBJ. This task was completed in excellent fashion!!!!! We did a lot of research regarding roofing contractors, as a roof replacement is a very expensive endeavor. We watched two other roofs being replaced by RBJ in the neighborhood and was impressed by the quality of the workmanship. After contacting RBJ, Ruben came out the next day to consult with me about the job and I had the printed quote in hand within an hour. Once we decided to sign a contract, it was all completed electronically, which made the process much easier. The materials arrived three days later and on the day of the replacement, a crew of nine people worked all day to tear off the old roof and put on the new one. They were able to complete the entire roof installation in one day...and they did it by hand (no nail guns)! The crew was completely professional and they cleaned up entirely before they left. We are completely satisfied with every aspect of our experience with RBJ Roofing. The price was competitive, the work was done as promised and a lot quicker than expected. Ruben is great to work with, as he is very responsive and cares about the outcome of the project. I highly recommend RBJ and appreciate the pride they take in their work.
