Mike was the man!! Courteous, professional, and really knowledgeable. I called Ready2Go because my trailer unfortunately got broken in, and the robbers literally broke my ramp handles from both sides damaging my ramp, making it impossible to close. We bought our camper a couple of years ago and immediately the coupler had rusted and it was hard to hitch to the camper. We paid $2000 to have it replaced and then just a few short months later it rusted over again and we weren’t able to use it. I was in the storage lot when I saw. Ready2Go trailer repairs, and I ran to flag him down so that he could come and help us unhitch. He was able to do that and then he was able to install a coupler that wouldn’t rust! My dream is to be able to take my camper out for the weekend And Ready2Go trailer repair was able to do that for us. We’re so thankful!
