Extremely Terrible clinic, ABSOLUTELY POINTLESS to make an appointment, totally wasted of time. We have made an appointment at available time they provide few weeks ago. And soon we arrive at the selected time, staff have told us have to wait a tiny bit. Then somehow they kept letting walk in patients cuts in front of our lines, and ended up we have waited for 2hours, which we decided to leave and very disappointed. As a patients we extremely disagree the way how they treat the appointment patients, and very selfish of them. Lot of people have to takes a day off for the appointment, but meanwhile they just don’t care about it. If I can, this Review I will love to select 0/5 instead of 1/5.

What joke the reception staff are here! I called to make a phone appointment with me regarding my elderly father suffering from Alzheimer's/dementia. i provided specific instructions and my phone number to call and to make sure to not to call my fathers number. The doctor still called my fathers number which he will not answer. When i tried to call the clinic to speak with someone which took 2 days to get through and kindly explained the situation they just did not seem to care they had screwed up.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is the definition of incompetent. My first experience with my family doctor she had disclosed private information about me in front of my mother. My second experience was when I booked an appointment and they called my mom to cancel the appointment (I’m an adult with my number in my contact information and my mom is only the emergency contact). My third experience was trying to refill my prescription for weeks and I only got a refill when my doctor went on vacation and someone else took her patients. My final straw was today when I had a phone consultation and never got a call. I then tried to call the clinic several times and was always sent to voicemail. If your idea of health care is never getting looked at, never getting medication, and not even being able to contact your doctor then this is the place for you!

I have been a patient of Dr Siraj for over 15 years now. She is absolutely incredible and so attentive and kind. The reception staff on the other hand need to seriously be looked into. This office is going to end up being shut down because of their incompetence. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a referral to be sent and was even told that it had been. However when I call the other office to confirm they have received it and to book an appointment, they tell me they never got it. After then speaking to the reception staff at Enhanced Care they can’t even find the referral let alone confirm that it’s even been sent. This is all assuming that they even answer the phone when I call. This office is going to start losing long time patients due to the reception staff not knowing how to do their jobs.
