If I could put 0 stars I would. BAD COMMUNICATION all around. They never answer the phone! I had a realtor reach out to them to lease one of the their properties. My realtor gave them all of my information & they encouraged me to apply with that information. I was denied & it was a complete waste of time. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Find out when you have a housing voucher, it’s 3x your portion of the rent. They clearly discriminate.

I needed a place to live in 4 days and Rebekah helped me figure that out in a total of 3 days!! I am absolutely impressed with her and the whole process. She was timely and got exactly what I needed done to get approved and for that I’m forever grateful! One minute I was stressing about not having a place to call home by the weekend, and the next had a lot more peace. Would recommend her and she deserves a raise for sure!! Or atleast a bonus😛

Bryce Low at Real Property Mgmt Lodestar has been managing our rental property for the past year and has done an amazing job. He is courteous, responsive, honest, hard-working (accomplished tasks when he could not get the proper help) and has always gotten an answer for us. He is always positive and encouraging and works hard to find reasonable solutions. We cannot say enough good about him!
