Very knowledgeable in the market and ensured we attracted solid rental rates, with minimal downtime. We had a couple tenants that were a little difficult; and the additional services the operation offers were worth their weight in gold. When it came time to sell my property, they were extremely accommodative, and were able to provide me with ample knowledge and information to sell quickly and effectively.
