Customer experiences
Basically what you would expect out of an economy hotel, the service was good and they got me checked in quickly both times I have stayed here. They are one of the only hotels in the area that accepts 18+ a lot of them require 21+ which is nice for me as a young traveler. The room itself was fairly clean, but the sheets and pillowcases had some stains, it definitely would be a good thing if they could up the cleanliness standards for the beds. Tub drain also didn’t drain very well. Other than that, if you go looking for places in the room that are dirty, you’ll find them. (eg. behind toilet paper holder, under AC unit) but the main area is comfortable and clean. The TV is nice for watching regular channels, couldn’t figure the remote out with streaming stuff. Has a fridge and microwave so it’s nice and easy to have little meals or leftovers there. Food is also nearby which is a plus, along with several other places within walking distance. There is however a bit of a shady crowd outside, most of time there are some weird people walking or sitting around outside or in front of the rooms. Other than that for the price during the week, the hotel is very good and exactly what I was looking for for a short stay. If you book during the weekends expect the rates to double. I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s passing through or looking for a budget friendly option in the area.
Most things are fine except mice in the room. Mold in bathrooms. Front person Felicia has an attitude every time you walk in. She throws an attitude and sighs heavy anyone comes in to do anything. It’s always a major thing with her. Other desk clerks are pleasant and friends it’s just this one.
2 start hotel more like a 1 star.. I stayed here last week & wasn’t so pleased the rooms are musty , its people walking around all the night , I needed a quick stay just for 2 nights and never AGAIN. Front desk lady by the name of Felicia is not very nice a older lady who seem to didn’t like her job . Sheets had stains , I seen roaches , I can go on and on not pleased with my stay. Place needs to be remodeled or shut down to much drug traffic just ewwww never again! - chucky-
Quiet Gem with Remarkable Hospitality I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel while passing through on a road trip, and it turned out to be the perfect place to stop and rest. The location was quiet, and the space provided exactly what I needed for a peaceful, restorative break from the road. The room itself offered the basic amenities—nothing extravagant, but clean, comfortable, and sufficient for a good night’s sleep. What truly made the stay memorable, however, were the staff. Christina stood out with her warm and empathetic presence. She greeted guests not just with professionalism, but with genuine care and attentiveness, making sure that I felt welcome and accommodated from the moment I walked in. Wilford, too, showed a sincere dedication to the guest experience. His attentiveness and pride in his work reflected a deep commitment to the company and its values. These are not qualities you find often in today’s fast-paced, impersonal hospitality landscape. Christina and Wilford are rare gems—people who turn a simple hotel stay into something meaningful. When you come across this kind of service, it deserves recognition and gratitude. I thank them both sincerely for making my stay not only comfortable but truly uplifting. To management: Please take note of the dedication these individuals bring to your team. Their commitment enhances your brand in ways that no marketing can match.
