The only thing nice about this hotel was the customer service. Everybody was very courteous. The hotel, on the other hand oh my God, no, thank you. The room looked like it belonged in the most treacherous movie. Everything looked like it was gonna fall on me. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was about to come out when I pulled some toilet paperl. then the shower had plaster, coming off... The lights didn't work. The outlets didn't work behind the TV so The TV plug had to be moved. It was a absolutely horrible place.But like I said, the people were very, very nice.They get five stars...

Extremely active drug sales area. People living in these rooms permanently. This is not a safe hotel. The "tenants" have completely trashed the grounds. Syringes all over the ground. Corporate Red Roof should be ashamed and this owner/operator should be removed immediately. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE VISITING MD.

The Red Roof Inn in Glen Burnie Maryland is amazing. Rooms are perfect. Beds are extremely comfortable. Extremely clean. House keeping does an awesome job. Lobby is very clean and quiet. Our entire stay was better then great. The front desk staff is always polite, friendly, and very helpful. Mr. Jay the manager is always kind with a smile on his face and very helpful. Cannot beat the rates and the reward points program. If you are coming to Glen Burnie Maryland stay at the Red Roof Inn in Glen Burnie Maryland. You will love it here!

The place of budget stays and societal outcasts that have few options of where to exist. My room was very top-notch, and everything I tried worked just fine, but the bigger problem is one inherent to its target demographic. People who are broke. This is why I also stayed here a night. Some long-term tenants are here, and not everyone here is a good character. But for what it offered, which while I wish it was cheaper, was in oddly good shape.
