spock4580We stopped here for our vacation as we headed down south. The rooms themselves aren't the Greatest, but we're overall clean. We did have an issue with one of the rooms smelling like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. We told the front desk and they offered to switch the rooms which we declined (was traveling with family and wanted to stay near each other). That isn't on the staff, but more of people not following rules. Other than that I had a decent stay and would stay there again
Shon MilnerI feel this hotel is horrible because the front desk clerk is very rude and constantly threatens to ban me for having a "dirty" room, even though I expect basic cleaning as part of my stay. The housekeeper complains about doing his job and reports me for messes, but the rooms already have stains on the floor and black mold on the shower heads when I check in. I’ve also been falsely accused of not taking my housebroken dog outside. On top of that, the hotel allows guests to smoke weed, making the environment even worse. Overall, the staff is unprofessional and the cleanliness is unacceptable

Ms Pam made sure everything was perfect for our stay. She's truly a blessing for that hotel and we will for sure book again! Juat as long as she is still employed their lol we love her so much. Jonathan richThis hotel has check in "end time" listed as anytime. I reserved a booking for April 18th 2025 and I arrived at the Red Roof Inn in the very early morning hours of April 19th 2025. I used Expedia to book a 7 day trip for work. My work trip begins about 6:00pm for a night shift "overnight" 12 hour shift. I was denied check in and marked as a now show even though I booked and paid for the 18th with an "ANY TIME" CHECK IN. I was then told I'd need to cancel my full booking with Expedia.com and start a new booking directly with the hotel at an additional cost if 36 dollars per night. This felt like an attempt to take advantage of a tired traveller who desperately needed rest before starting a night shift. The hotel itself is in a state of obvious construction with trash and debris literring the grounds including the front drive up.
