I called and left a message to see if they offer, provide, and are a hoa management company. When I missed a call, a person named James left a message and said they do manage hoa's and would be interested in this. I returned the call and left another message when no one answered. Eventually I received a call from i think a Micheal Reeder (a definitely a Reeder). He was not friendly and was very aggressive and came off angry about letting me know they do not mange hoa's. He told me that, AFTER he tried to force me to tell him the name of my current hoa management company that I did not give him! It's something, how a business owner who has nothing to do with my current hoa management company, if true, has an angry attitude about not offering a service that easily could be a cleared up by a courtesy phone call! But that didn't happen! I received a VERY RUDE CALL FROM A VERY RUDE MAN THAT IS SIN! The Bible (Jesus) says, "love your neighbor as you love yourself." And if a person thinks that being black means you can't be a Christian (although I am). The Bible (Jesus) still says, "love your enemies." Super prejudice..

They say and do one thing then totally another thing....to the detriment of tenants. I really wish my mother had not leased here for so many, many years.
