Went there for a massage today, was my second massage ever and didn't know what to really expect, my massage was with Jamie and I can honestly say the whole experience was amazing. From walking into the building the homey vibe/atmosphere was really comforting and everything was explained great. When I went into the room with Jamie we had a brief chat about my massage needs which was great so she knew where to focus. During the entire massage she kept checking in anytime I made a sound or moved to make sure I was OK. As someone who normally doesn't like people touching me I felt super comfortable with Jamie and the massage was amazing to and I left there feeling alot better. Will definitely be returning to see Jamie and cannot recommend her enough.

Great location. Appointment making and billing process is efficient. Brandon MacDonald ensured that he understood well what was needed; his questions were thorough. He used a mix of techniques to loosen the knots. I felt much better when he was done. I'd surely recommend him to anyone needing a restorative treatment.
