I thought I had mice biting through my water lines but right after Christmas, I realized a squirrel was the culprit. I called Hathuc Home & Commercial Services when another exterminator failed to assist. They scheduled me within two days right after New Year’s holiday. He came around noon finding the squirrel entry point and placing 1-way access so the squirrel could get out but not enter. He is also planning on checking back with me in the upcoming weeks to make sure it is no longer causing problems. It cost about $650 for the whole process.

Very DISAPPOINTING experience with Hathuc Home. The technician arrived 45 minutes late, rushed through a 10-minute inspection (confirmed by my security cameras), and provided NO photos, report, or treatment options—just a BILL. He showed me some "fake" photos on his phone of gaps in my roof. Completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this company. **I hired a roofer who thoroughly inspected my roof: NO gaps where found. Photos and drone views doesn't even match photos Hathuc person showed me. Another pest control company was hired and is handling issue.
