Had a gift certificate for a facial and consult for Botox. The lady who did facial was clearly sick with a cold. I didn’t notice it until the procedure had begun. Clearing her throat and coughing. She left the room a couple of times. Having her hands on clients faces and being sick is not professional. I am disappointed with the dysport results for my “11” lines and was told to keep waiting for better results. I was told by 2 different people that I might need a touch up and one person said no charge and the other said the opposite. I got this done for an event and the appointment they gave me to evaluate results was after the event so even more disappointing. So I just got a bad vibe with how they treated any kind of follow-up so I canceled the appointment and will go elsewhere.

It was a great experience, felt totally refreshed after my facial, highly recommended. For sure be specific on what you want, but for sure Stephanie did a great job!
