Tanner KirkThis review does not have to do with service or delivery. We have gotten rock delivered multiple times by Reno Rock & were very happy. My complaint is with your truck driver who was towing these two side dumb trailers on one truck. Not only was he speeding past cars in the fast lane (fine whatever), but he was swerving in & out of lanes. He cut my husband off (with my child in the car), AND cut a delivery truck off with barely any stopping distance while there was traffic. Please talk to your drivers about how they’re driving because this is not ok.
MapleBoarder78Just got my delivery. Ted was amazing! I asked him to back through my backyard fence (which the opening was maybe less than a foot larger than his truck) and he did it with ease! He was kind to my kids and honked the horn on the truck (my kids love that)! He was also willing to put half of the load in one location and the other half in a second location. Reno Rock keep this guy around!
Hannah VaughnReno Rock Transport Disappointed is an understatement. When driving on 395 a giant rock unsecured flew out of the back of this truck. I sped up to get images of the truck to reach directly out to Reno rock transport. Upon reaching out the incredibly rude staff began by passing blame and taking no accountability for the not secure items. When I said I took photos they quickly responded with that they would only help if it was a video and that it is not their problem. The disappointment from a company who assists in transporting such large items and taking no accountability is beyond ridiculous. This incident could have led to serious accident, I am grateful that we were safe and only with a large dent on the side of my car.
